President Donald Trump is leading former Vice President Joe Biden in the battleground state of Iowa in the final stretch of the 2020 presidential election, shows a newly-released survey.
Two weeks ago, I drove all the way from Saint Augustine, Florida to Shelbyville, Tennessee, for an awesome scripture conference, and what did I see along the way as I travelled? I saw unrelenting and overwhelming support for Donald Trump. This weekend I have travelled to Pensacola, Florida way over on the Gulf of Mexico and up to Alabama to go hear my buddy Andy preach. The same level of support for Trump is evident at every point along the way.
Now with only 2 days left to go until election day, and with the most number of people ever in American history to engage in early voting, Donald Trump is pulling away by every metric possible. Last night at a rally in PA, Trump drew tens of thousands of people to come hear him speak. He is more popular with the voters now than he was in 2016, the Liberal media is lying about Biden and the flimsy charade has now completely fallen apart.
In 2016, I wrote then when I prayed about it, I felt the leading of the Lord that Donald Trump would win and win big. I took a lot of heat for saying those things, and when it worked out exactly that way, many were not a little surprised. This year, I don't feel that same unction from the Lord regarding who wins, what I feel is that if Trump does win re-election, and all signs are certainly pointing that way, that the deranged radical Left will move to take him out once and for all. I hope and pray that is not the case, but that's just what it feels like. Please pray for the safety and salvation of Donald Trump, he's going to need it comes Tuesday.
Iowa Poll: Donald Trump Leading Joe Biden by 7 Points
FROM BREITBART NEWS: The Des Moines Register/Mediacom Iowa Poll found President Trump is beating Biden 48% to 41% — a lead of seven percentage points. Three percent said they will cast their vote for someone other than the president or the Democrat nominee, while two percent said they were unsure. Five percent would not disclose their choice.
The poll’s September numbers found President Trump and Biden tied at 47 percent each, illustrating how far the former vice president’s support has dropped in recent weeks. The poll, conducted by Selzer & Co. of Des Moines, is comprised of 814 likely Iowa voters between October 26 and 29, and possesses a margin of error of plus or minus 3.4 percentage points.
J. Ann Selzer, president of Selzer & Co., said while men are more likely to support Trump and women to support Biden, the gender gap has narrowed, and independents have returned to supporting the president, a group he won in 2016.
“The president is holding demographic groups that he won in Iowa four years ago, and that would give someone a certain level of comfort with their standing,” Selzer told the Des Moines Register. “There’s a consistent story in 2020 to what happened in 2016.”
In 2016, President Trump won Iowa over then-Democrat opponent Hillary Clinton by 9.4 percentage points.
President Trump will hold a campaign rally in Dubuque Sunday at 1:00 p.m. local time. It will be the the president’s second trip to the state this month. Vice President Mike Pence held a rally in Des Moines on October 29. READ MORE
