The NFL is making it clear it stands firmly with the LGBTQ+ community ... releasing a powerful video Monday that featured the message, 'Football is gay.'

Since the age of 13, and being raised in the northeast, I was an unabashed and unapologetic Pittsburgh Steelers football fan, having starting to watch during the dynasty years of the 1970's. Though my love of football faded some after getting saved, I still enjoyed watching the games from time to time. Time, for me, ran out when the NFL started supporting the politics of Colin Kaepernick leading all the way up to blatant disrespect for our National Anthem and flag. I didn't watch one minute of one game in 2020, but to be honest, I was holding out hope the NFL would recover itself in the fourth quarter. They didn't, they fumbled on the 10-yard line and the clock officially ran out for me and the NFL.

"Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;" 1 Timothy 4:1,2 (KJB)

Now today the NFL has tripled-down on their political correctness and divisive Leftist pandering with a new spot called 'Football Is Gay' designed to virtual signal their need to be accepted be less than 3% of the population. Football is not gay, it's a sport that has always been played by heterosexual and homosexual people, that's no secret. But when you replace the purpose of football, which is to spend 4 quarters kicking and throwing a pigskin football through the uprights, with the radical agenda of the far Left, it cancels itself and becomes meaningless.

I made a trip to Goodwill this morning with a huge bag of Steelers t-shirts and jerseys, tomorrow I will make a second trip and finish the job. Football is not gay, bisexual or transgender, far from it. Football is dead, and I couldn't care less what happens now. Football is no longer a game, it's a political weapon designed to enact an agenda.

FROM TMZ: The clip, which is 30 seconds in length, added, "Football is lesbian. Football is beautiful. Football is queer. Football is life." The messages didn't stop there ... they even went on to say, "Football is transgender" and "Football is bisexual" -- before the video ended with, "Football is for everyone."

A league spokesperson confirmed to Outsports on Monday the video was a direct response to Las Vegas Raiders pass-rusher Carl Nassib announcing he's gay last week.

"I am proud of the clear message this spot sends to the NFL’s LGBTQ+ fans: This game is unquestionably for you," another rep for the league, NFL diversity director Sam Rapoport, added to Outsports. "I will be playing its first line over and over in my head all season."

As part of the video message, the NFL once again encouraged people to donate to The Trevor Project -- an org. established to try to help prevent suicides in the LGBTQ+ community.
Nassib said last week he was donating $100K to the organization during his video announcement ... and the NFL quickly followed suit matching the donation hours later.

"NFL proudly supports The Trevor Project," the league said in Monday's video. "LGBTQ+ youth with at least one accepting adult have 40% lower risk of attempting suicide."

The video is just the latest positive response to Nassib's announcement ... you'll recall, players from all over the league have publicly voiced their support for the 28-year-old -- and even President Joe Biden praised the football player as well. READ MORE
