Brian is a well known Bible teacher with a particular emphasis on Biblical end time events. Believing that these events are already underway, he believes that the Rapture of the Church to glory is imminent. Although they are regularly in fellowships and churches who know them well, they are most happy to visit new venues to bring the message of the Gospel and the nearness of Christs return.

JOHN McTERNAN ON GOD'S JUDGEMENT ON SEATTLE FOR HOLDING ITS LATEST MARDI GRAS FESTIVAL!!

This is another posting in my God's Final Warning series to show that America is now under judgment by the Holy God of Israel (By John McTernan).

The warnings started in October 1987 and continue to today. One will be the final warning, if the church does not intercede before LORD and cry out for an outpouring of His Holy Spirit.

Powerful Earthquake hit at the end of Seattle's Mardi Gras

The City of Seattle held a Mardi Gras event to coincide with the famous one in New Orleans. This event always involves drunkenness in the streets and sexual immorality. The event in Seattle degenerated into several days of rioting, vandalism and brutal assaults along with the drunkenness and sexual immorality. The epicenter of this event was Pioneer Square, which is Seattle's equivalent of the French Quarter in New Orleans. Early in the morning of February 28, the police arrested the last of the revelers/rioters and that ended the Mardi Gras celebration in Seattle.

A few hours later, the city and region was rocked by the powerful 6.8 Nisqually earthquake. The quake literally hit as the Mardi Gras ended! It occurred at the very end of a week of debauchery, drunkenness, rioting and violence.

This earthquake caused over $1 billion in damage, but there was very little loss of life. The quake severely damaged the state capitol building in Olympia! This was the worst earthquake in the Seattle area in 40 years and one of the worst in the state's history. The epicenter was about 11 miles from Olympia. It was so powerful that it was felt in Idaho and Oregon.

The earthquake and the violence at the Mardi Gras were both reported on the same page of the March 1, 2001 issue of the USA Today. The earthquake article was titled, “Seattle glad wallop wasn’t worse,” and the violence was reported in, “Mardi Gras brings injuries, arrests.”

It seems the sin of Seattle has reached the attention of the Holy God of Israel and a clear warning has been issued. This very well maybe the last warning sent to this city.

Revelation 22:20 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
