You have probably heard what Joe Biden said about what he thinks lies in store for us this winter in relation to the coronavirus—“We're about to go Into a dark winter, a dark winter."

Was that predictive programming, or did he say something, and reveal something, that he should not have? The reason I say that is because I was made aware of this; Operation Dark Winter.

Operation Dark Winter was the code name for a senior-level bio-terrorist attack simulation conducted from June 22–23, 2001. It was designed to carry out a mock version of a covert and widespread smallpox attack on the United States.

- Complete and total secondary lock down (much stricter than the first and second rolling phase restrictions). Expected by end of December 2020 - early January 2021

- Reform and expansion of the unemployment program to be transitioned into the universal basic income program. Expected by Q1 2021.

- Projected COVID-19 mutation and/or co-infection with secondary virus (referred to as COVID-21) leading to a third wave with much higher mortality rate and higher rate of infection. Expected by February 2021.

- Daily new cases of COVID-21 hospitalizations and COVID-19 and COVID-21 related deaths will exceed medical care facilities capacity. Expected Q1 - Q2 2021…

So we have Joe’s “dark winter” comment/slip up, Operation Dark Winter, the sister’s dream, and the leaked Canadian info, all pointing to the same scenario—a dark winter.

I have been trying to warn people since about 2004 that these days would come, and I have been warning for about a year that the First Seal may have already been opened and that we are possibly in the last 7 years.

This latest info about a dark winter scenario is further evidence supporting the premise that the Seals have been opened. Some cannot accept this as a valid possibility because their rapture belief will not allow it. But I say maybe they should consider the possibility that their rapture theory needs to be changed, so that they can accept the reality that is unfolding before their eyes.
