Brian is a well known Bible teacher with a particular emphasis on Biblical end time events. Believing that these events are already underway, he believes that the Rapture of the Church to glory is imminent. Brian and Gilly (pic here with Bethan)travel throughout the UK and he also teaches in Europe and the USA. Although they are regularly in fellowships and churches who know them well, they are most happy to visit new venues to bring the message of the Gospel and the nearness of Christs return.

A LOVELY EMAIL FROM MY FRIEND PHILIP GLENWRIGHT, ONE OF MANY I HAVE RECEIVED RECENTLY. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR PRAYERS AND SUPPORT DURING THE RECENT DIFFICULTIES I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING.

Hi Brian

Just want to let you know that I am aware of your situation from David. Ray and I stayed behind at Prayer for Israel today (reason not disclosed to others who left) and prayed together for you and Gilly and the whole situation such as we are aware.

I hope that the following may also be of some encouragement :

"Who is among you that feareth the Lord...that walketh in darkness and hath
no light? Let him trust in the name of the Lord, and stay upon his God."
Isaiah 50:10

"In fierce storms," said an old seaman, "we can do but one thing, there is
only one way: We must put the ship in a certain position and keep her there."
This, Christian, is what you must do. Sometimes, like Paul, you can see
neither sun nor stars, and no small tempest lies on you; and then you can do
but one thing; there is only one way. Reason cannot help you. Past
experiences give you no light.

Even prayer fetches no consolation. Only a single course is left: You must
put your soul in one position and keep it there. You must stay upon the Lord;
come what may--winds, waves, cross seas, thunder, lightning, frowning rocks,
roaring breakers--no matter what, you must lash yourself to the helm, and hold
fast your confidence in God's faithfulness, His covenant engagement, His
everlasting love in Christ Jesus.

We are very grateful to so many of our brethren and friends for encouragement and support over the last three months. It is our sole desire to glorify the Name of our God and King, the Lord Jesus Christ, and to teach God's Word as He gives us grace and light. We have no desire to create a name for ourselves, nor do we have ambition to create a ministry career or any kind of "following" through this Blog or any other means. Recently some of my Bible teaching has been taken out of context and extrapolated to infer beliefs which I do not hold.
