Simon Peter From The Bible Bears No Resemblance To The Mythical ‘Pope Peter’ Of The Catholic Church

by Geoffrey Grider

roman-catholic-church-peter-first-pope-and-other-false-teachings-vatican-nteb

Now there is someone who the Bible says that Jesus did give authority to, and who is the actual leader of the Christian Church. Care to hazard a guess whom that might be? Let the Bible speak

"Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:" 2 Peter 1:1 (KJV)
The Catholic Church, a counterfeit of the the actual Church that Jesus started, is built largely on myth, superstition and folklore. As we showed you in an earlier article, the actual Mary of the Bible has almost nothing in common with the imaginary 'mary' put forthby official Vatican teaching. The Catholic Church performs the same "hatchet job" on the humble fisherman and servant of Jesus Christ, Simon Peter.
Official teaching from the Catechism of the Catholic Church boldly declares that the Christian Church is built, not on the foundation of Jesus Christ, but on Peter! This is what they teach:
Because of the faith he confessed Peter will remain the unshakable rock of the Church. His mission will be to keep this faith from every lapse and to strengthen his brothers in it.286
But the Bible knows nothing about Peter being the "rock" of the Christian Church, not one bit. The Bible says that Jesus the "rock and cornerstone" upon which the entire Christian Church is built and on which it rests. And in what has to be an ironic twist for the Catholic Church, Peter himself says that Jesus is "the rock", and not him.
"Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ. Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded." 1 Peter 1:5,6 (KJV)
Every Christian that ever lived, including all of the apostles, are seen in scripture as 'lively stones' who are servants of "the Rock" that is the Lord Jesus. Not only that, after the collapse of the Kingdom Age in Acts 7, Jesus raises up Saul who became Paul to be the actual leader of the Christian Church. The apostle Paul, you may remember, not only is given leadership of the Church, Paul rebukes Peter for his hypocrisy in Galatians.
"But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed. For before that certain came from James, he did eat with the Gentiles: but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing them which were of the circumcision. And the other Jews dissembled likewise with him; insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their dissimulation. But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter before them all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles, and not as do the Jews, why compellest thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews?" Galatians 2:11-14 (KJV)
What is this? The person that the Catholic Church teaches is the "rock" of the Church gets publicly rebuked by Paul for being a hypocrite? You can search all day and all night, and you won't find that little nugget lurking in the Catholic Catechism.

As the old commercial from the 1970's used to say, "but wait, there's more!"

Now there is someone who the Bible says that Jesus did give authority to, and who isthe actual leader of the Christian Church. Care to hazard a guess whom that might be? Let the Bible speak.
"At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me. And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest. But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee, To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:" Acts 26:13-19 (KJV)
Yep, you guessed it. Paul. The very same Paul that the Catholic Church in no wise acknowledges as the leader of the Church, and whom they place as subservient to Peter. Official Catholic teaching states that Peter was the "first pope", and that all the Catholic popes are his successors.

So let's take a quick bullet point look at how no Catholic pope was ever like the apostle Peter.

  • PETER WAS MARRIED: Official Catholic doctrine stating that all priests must be celibate, and every pope that ever lived started out first as a Catholic priest. But Simon Peter was married, as were many of the other apostles. "And when Jesus was come into Peter's house, he saw his wife's mother laid, and sick of a fever. And he touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose, and ministered unto them."Matthew 8:14,15 (KJV). If the Catholic Church is 'following Peter' as they claim, why then are their leaders forbidden to marry? Paul tells us why. "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth." 1 Timothy 4:1-3 (KJV). As someone who was a Catholic for 30 years before getting saved, I immediately recognized in those verses from Paul that he was describing to a "T" the Roman Catholic counterfeit. Abstaining from meats? I was told to do that every Friday during Lent. Forbidding to marry? Never yet met a Catholic priest who was married. As usual, Paul nails it.
  • PETER SUBMITTED TO THE RULE OF THE KING: The apostle Peter wrote that all Christians should submit themselves to the earthly rule of "kings and governors" in accordance with the will of God for our lives. "Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme; Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well. For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:" 1 Peter 2:13-15 (KJV). But Catholic popes do not see themselves this way. When foreign leaders visit the Vatican, they kiss the ring of the pope. The pope bows to no one, and submits himself to no human authority other than his own.
  • PETER TAUGHT THAT CHURCH LEADERS WERE NOT LORDS: Peter's own writings found in 1 Peter clearly show that Church leaders were to be "humble servants" who were no better than those in their congregations they were leading. Peter said he was an "elder", just like many of the other elders in the Church. "The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed: Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being ensamples to the flock. And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away." 1 Peter 5:1-4 (KJV). But it is not so in the Catholic Church where the pope declares that he is sitting in the place of Jesus Christ on this Earth!  "For the Roman Pontiff, by reason of his office as Vicar of Christ, and as pastor of the entire Church has full, supreme, and universal power over the whole Church, a power which he can always exercise unhindered." CCC Article 9, Paragraph 4 882
So as usual, the fixed gulf between what the Bible teaches and what the Catholic Church teaches is a chasm so wide as it beggars description and boggles the mind and imagination. This is why, when Roman declared Christianity to be the "official state religion" in the early 300's and took over the actual Christian Church, the first thing they did was to remove the scriptures from the hand of the average Christian so they would be intentionally kept ignorant of what the truth was. Schools used to teach this period of time, roughly from the early 400's to the 1400's, as the Dark Ages.
When did God allow the lights to be turned on again? Oh, right around 1611.
"Where the word of a king is, there is power: and who may say unto him, What doest thou?" Ecclesiastes 8:4 (KJV)

THE F35 - THE GAME IS ON!

The Showdown Between the F-35 and the Russian Weapons Built to Stop It Is Finally Here
Israel is flying the F-35 into combat, which means the Joint Strike Fighter is up against Russian-built radar and anti-aircraft weapons designed with it in mind.

LOCKHEED MARTIN
·        Israel has become the first country to fly the F-35 into combat.
·        Other countries in the Middle East have Russian-built air defenses intended to spot the F-35 despite its stealth profile.
·        This war between American-made planes and Russian-made defenses has been brewing ever since the F-35 was on the drawing board.

We don't know exactly what the F-35 is up to in the Middle East, where Israel says it just became the first country to fly the Joint Strike Fighter into combat. But we do know this: The long awaited, multi-generational showdown between military engineers in Russia and the United States is starting to play out in the Middle East.
These planes—and the equipment that Russia designed to shoot them down—were designed to face each other. As we wrote back in 2012:

As of now, no S-300 surface-to-air weapon has ever been fired at a target in anger. The Lightning II is still in testing, and the debut of its style of networked warfare is years away. Their matchup awaits. Only then will the war of words between detractors, engineers, salesmen, and journalists be settled—in combat, with lives at stake and history in the balance.
Stay tuned, because the matchup is under way.
Stealth or Something Like It

The F-35 has been a lightning rod for critics during its long, turbulent path to becoming the more expensive warplane in history. In addition to American critics lambasting its capabilities and bloated budget, one source of constant critique has been the Russians, who sell anti-aircraft missiles that, according to Russia, can track and destroy stealth targets. Viktor Ozherelev, a division head at the firm Almaz-Antey, even claimed at a 2007 arms show that "the Americans know their stealth program has failed."

That's a bit of hyperbole, but it's true that the Russians have digitised older systems and installed new seekers into warheads, making older equipment more fearsome. Many such upgraded anti-aircraft systems are in Syrian arsenal, including S-200 batteries and the self-propelled Buk-M2E and Pantsir S1. As new equipment enters the battlefields of the Middle East, it carries the potential to change the balance. Digitised radar can link systems together for a better picture of what’s coming, and what’s above.

All of which makes the question of the F-35's stealthiness a life-or-death matter. Engineers designed the F-22 to be unseen at many wavelengths and from many directions. The Lightning II does not offer many radar returns when the waves strike it from the front. But the F-35 does not have the curves of the F-22 Raptor that mask the plane from radar at all angles. When radar comes from the side, the returns are stronger.

Carlo Kopp, an analyst with the group Air Power Australia, has written that the Lightning II is "demonstrably not a true stealth aircraft." He claims radar waves will bounce between the juncture of wing and fuselage in a way that can be detected if the airplane is scanned from any direction but the front. Rival airplane-makers in Europe claim that powerful aircraft radar can spot an F-35 coming—even head-on—if multiple opposing aircraft are cooperatively scanning.

The F-35 is Getting Cheaper, But It Also Isn't
Stealthiness, or lack thereof, was always one of the tradeoffs inherent in building the F-35. The F-22's surfaces are made of aluminium, which is covered in a RAM (radar-absorbent material) that must constantly be reapplied. That's a nightmare for maintenance crews.Tthe F-35 is made of carbon fiber composite, and Lockheed engineers baked RAM into the airplane's edges in an effort to soak up inbound radar.

But the Lightning II's real key to survival is its own radar: the Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) installed in its nose. Conventional radar systems turn their gaze mechanically—imagine a spinning dish or a flat surface tilting to aim radar beams. Electronically steered radar does not move, but its beams can broadcast in different directions thousands of times per second and across many frequencies. This agility allows AESA to map terrain and track hundreds of targets.

AESA is built to do more than scan. It can reach out to enemy radars and scramble their signals. A combination of radar and electromagnetic warning sensors alert an F-35 pilot to the threat of enemy radar; he or she can then dodge the threat or use the AESA to jam the signal, no matter what frequency the radar is transmitting. If a missile is launched, the F-35 can track it with 360-degree infrared-sensor coverage and then, in some cases, overwhelm the missile's guidance system with the AESA.
It Only Takes One

JIM HASELTINE / U.S. AIR FORCE
The F-35 is a multirole aircraft. It must fight other airplanes, bomb targets, and conduct recon, and each mission requires specific payloads. For that reason, its design has tradeoffs that make it less stealthy and less maneuverable than the F-22 Raptor, which was designed first and foremost to win air superiority over other fighters. The F-35's flexibility is what Israel has been using to conduct airstrikes and intelligence gathering missions over the Middle East with impunity.

At least, that’s the way it’s been so far.
Air warfare is skewed to benefit the defender. It would take only one shoot-down of an F-35 for the ripple effect to spread globally. This was the case in 1999 when a Serbian battery destroyed an F-117 Nighthawk. That was viewed as an embarrassment for the United States, while the remains of the jet remain in a Moscow museum as a war prize.
The Middle East is now covered in Russian-made air defences, and countries that fly the F-35 are keenly aware of it.
According to the Wall Street Journal, when Israeli warplanes launched an April attack on an airbase in Syria used by Iran’s Revolutionary Guard, the purpose was to destroy a Russian-made Tor air defence system. Which begs the question: If the air defence system is not a threat, why destroy it before it’s set up?

The Russians have S- 300s in Syria to protect their port at Tartus and have claimed to track us pilots with its radar. In theory, the Russians could track F35s and feed that information to the Syrians. If that has happened, though, it has not led to any successful interceptions of the stealth fighter.
Meanwhile, there has been rampant speculation that Israel has flown the F-35 into Iranian airspace. If true, that would mark a true showdown between the best exported Russian equipment, the S-300 surface-to-air missile, and the F-35.

Iran confirmed in 2017 that its S-300s were operational.
Even without Iran's involvement, the airspace over Syria may mark the first matchup between the F-35 and S-300. “A few years ago at the request of our partners, we decided not to supply S-300s to Syria,” Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told the BBC in an April interview. “Now that this outrageous act of aggression was undertaken by the U.S., Franc,e and U.K., we might think how to make sure that the Syrian state is protected.”
Game on.

PRINCE OF THE COVENANT: Jared Kushner Says Middle East Peace Plan Will Happen Soon With Or Without Abbas

by Geoffrey Grider

President Trump's son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner said in an interview published Sunday that the administration will soon present its Israeli-Palestinian peace plan, with or without input from Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

"And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate." Daniel 9:27 (KJV)
EDITOR'S NOTE: On the surface, it would look like the chances of Jared Kushner pulling off a peace covenant between Israel and the Palestinians would be an impossible long shot to say the least. But Donald Trump becoming president in the way that he did is the very definition of impossible longshot. NTEB has written extensively on how we feel thatDonald Trump is God's man in the White House as a judgment on the entire world, much like Obama's presidency was God's judgment on America as a nation. Could Jared Kushner, who owns a skyscraper located at 666 5th Avenue, actually pull this off? Based on everything that has happened over the last 18 months, I would be inclined to say that, yes, he sure could. And if he did, guess who that would make him? Yep, that guy
In an interview published in the Arabic language Al-Quds newspaper, Jared Kushner appealed directly to Palestinians and criticized Abbas, who has shunned the Trump team over its alleged pro-Israel bias, particularly on the fate of contested Jerusalem.
The interview came out after a weeklong trip around the region by Kushner and Mideast envoy Jason Greenblatt. The team met with leaders of Israel, Jordan, Qatar, Egypt and Saudi Arabia to discuss the worsening humanitarian situation in Gaza and the administration's proposals for a peace deal.
The Palestinians refused to meet with Kushner, and leaders have criticized the Trump negotiating team in recent days.
Senior Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat accused Jared Kushner and Greenblatt on Saturday of trying to topple the Abbas-led West Bank autonomy government and dismantle the U.N. aid agency for Palestinian refugees. On Sunday, Erekat doubled down on his criticism, telling Israel's Channel 10 that the American negotiators are "not neutral" and predicting their peace plan would fail.
god-original-land-grant-of-israel-to-abrahamWho’s Occupying Who? Let’s Look At God’s Original Land Grant Of Israel To Abraham
Any peace plan would face major obstacles, including the increasingly dire humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, internal Palestinian divisions, and recent cross-border violencebetween Gaza's Hamas rulers and Israel. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told his Cabinet on Sunday that he met twice with Kushner and Greenblatt this weekend and discussed "how to solve the humanitarian situation in Gaza without strengthening Hamas."

It remains unclear how the Trump administration would proceed with a peace plan without Palestinian cooperation.

Kushner said the plan is "almost done," but offered scant details aside from the promise of economic prosperity. He made no mention of a Palestinian state arising alongside Israel, though he acknowledged that Arab partners support that goal.
The Palestinians seek the West Bank, east Jerusalem and Gaza -- territories captured by Israel in the 1967 Mideast war. Israel withdrew from Gaza in 2005, and two years later, Hamas seized control of Gaza from Abbas' forces. Abbas now governs only small autonomous zones in the West Bank.
Kushner cast doubt on Abbas' ability to make a deal, alleging that the Palestinian leadership is "scared we will release our peace plan and the Palestinian people will actually like it" because it would offer them a better life.
"The global community is getting frustrated with Palestinian leadership and not seeing many actions that are constructive toward achieving peace," Kushner said. "There are a lot of sharp statements and condemnations, but no ideas or efforts with prospects of success."
Palestinian leaders have refused to meet with the Trump team since the president recognized Jerusalem as Israel's capital in December. Jerusalem is an emotional issue at the epicenter of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Israel captured the city's eastern half, home to holy sites for Jews, Christians, and Muslims, in the 1967 Mideast war and annexed it. The annexation is not internationally recognized. Palestinians seek east Jerusalem as capital of a future state.
"If President Abbas is willing to come back to the table, we are ready to engage; if he is not, we will likely air the plan publicly," Kushner said.
Abbas spokesman Nabil Abu Rdeneh responded to Kushner's interview by restating that American efforts will yield no result if they bypass the Palestinian leadership, and if they are not aimed at an independent Palestinian state with east Jerusalem as its capital. source

MARK OF THE BEAST? Thousands Of People In Sweden Are Inserting Human Implantable NFC Microchips In The Backs Of Their Hands!

BIOHACKERS: Thousands Of People In Sweden Are Inserting Human Implantable NFC Microchips In The Backs Of Their Hands

by Geoffrey Grider

nfc-microchips-biohackers-sweden-666-mark-of-the-beast-implants

Thousands of people in Sweden have inserted microchips, which can function as contactless credit cards, key cards and even rail cards, into their bodies.

"And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six." Revelation 13:16-18 (KJV)
EDITOR'S NOTE: People in Sweden are not simply embracing human implantable NFC microchips, they are demanding access to the burgeoning technology by the thousands. Thanks to the plethora of mobile phone apps, NFC microchips in humans is an idea whose time has seem to have arrived. Of course, the King James Bible saw this coming 2,000 years ago.
Once the chip is underneath your skin, there is no longer any need to worry about misplacing a card or carrying a heavy wallet. But for many people, the idea of carrying a microchip in their body feels more dystopian than practical.
Some have suggested that Sweden’s strong welfare state may be the cause of this recent trend. But actually, the factors behind why roughly 3,500 Swedes have had microchips implanted in them are more complex than you might expect. This phenomenon reflects Sweden’s unique biohacking scene. If you look underneath the surface, Sweden’s love affair with all things digital goes much deeper than these microchips.
The term biohackers refers to those amateur biologists who conduct experiments in biomedicine, but do so outside of traditional institutions – such as universities, medical companies and other scientifically controlled environments. Just as computer hackers hack computers, biohackers hack anything biological.
Biohacking is also a culture and a diverse one, with many different subgroups – all with different types of interests, goals and ideologies. But within this diversity there are two main groups: “wetware hackers” and transhumanists.

Wetware hackers are citizen science hobby biologists who build laboratory equipment from household utensils.

They conduct so called “frugal science”, where they find inexpensive solutions that will improve the living standards for people in developing countries. But they also do more playful experiments where plants are genetically modified to become fluorescent, or algae is used to make new types of beer.
The other group are the transhumanists, who focus on enhancing and improving the human body – with the aim, in the long run, of improving the human race. Only through bettering ourselves – and escaping biological boundaries – will humans be able to compete with AI in the future.
Often, different biohacking scenes reflect the different societies and cultures in which they develop. So, for example, European biohackers generally differ from their North American counterparts. North American groups are concerned with developing alternatives to the established healthcare practices. European groups, meanwhile, are more focused on finding ways of helping people in developing countries or engaging in artistic bio-projects.

But Swedish biohacking culture actually differs from the rest of Europe.

Swedish biohackers are generally part of the transhumanist movement. And it is the transhumanists – or more specifically the subgroup “grinders” – who have been inserting NFC microchips somewhere between the thumb and the index finger of thousands of Swedes. These are the same microchips that have been used for decades to track animals and packages. source
