HARPA would develop “breakthrough technologies with high specificity and sensitivity for early diagnosis of neuropsychiatric violence,” according to a copy of the proposal. “A multi-modality solution, along with real-time data analytics, is needed to achieve such an accurate diagnosis.” The proposal is part of an initiative to create a Health Advanced Research Projects Agency (HARPA), which would be located inside the Health and Human Services Department, the report notes, citing sources inside the administration. The new agency would have a separate budget and the president would be responsible for appointing its director.

The top tech companies in Silicon Valley have spent tens of billions of dollars since 2005 creating the digital One World System that is capable of monitoring us right down to how many steps we take, up to and including what my exact heart rate is right now. They are collecting data on every one of us that is so detailed you would call me a liar if I told you. Truly the average person cannot fathom the paradigm shift that has already taken place. So…what did you think they were going to do with all that lucious, juicy, irresistible data anyway? Say hello to HARPA.

For years we have told you about the ultra-secretive government research group DARPA, and they create all sorts of things that are right out of a Left Behind novel. Now a sister organization known as HARPA has come on the scene to monitor the thoughts inside your head. President Trump thinks it’s a good idea to tap into the vast pool of smart device data and create a social credit score of your mental well-being. This score will be used to determine if 1). you should be placed in an institution or not, 2). you should be allowed to own a gun, 3). you need to be medicated. Do you see how everyone now is all up in arms about the ‘opioid crisis“? Don’t make me laugh. Big Pharma and our government which protects them created the opioid crisis. Now they’ve created HARPA, yeah, that’ll end well. Reagan nailed it with this one:

There is no escaping the coming One World System, like the Matrix it is everywhere and in all of us already. We are very close to having the powers that be “throw the switch” on this brave new end times world. We have told you since 2015 that Trump was God’s man for this appointed time, but I guess you weren’t  listening that we also told you that God was using Trump, like Obama before him, as judgment on America and the world.
