Dear Friends,

We have just finished our splendid HOLIDAY AND TEACHING RETREAT AT CROMER in Norfolk, and what a blessed time we all had. Twenty two people booked into the Christian Endeavour Conference Centre at Overstrand as we immersed ourselves in sweet fellowship, good praise and worship, excellent food and hospitality, and my ministry which was well received.

The main topic for the week was "HEAVEN" with sub titles of "Heaven...what on earth are we taking about"; "What does Jesus say about heaven"; Where is heaven and who lives there"; "What will we do in heaven"; "What train for heaven please"; "What is the difference between heaven and the millennium"; and finally "Praise my soul the King of Heaven.....GLORY".

Although these seven sessions were not recorded during the week in Norfolk, I hope to have available soon a very similar series on DVD, and I will keep you posted on this.

for the Defense Department concludes that North Korea could deliver on its threats to destroy 
the United States with a nuclear electromagnetic pulse attack.

The report remains blocked from release to the American public.

However, a copy obtained by Peter Vincent Pry from sources within DHS finds North Korea could use its Unha-3 space launch vehicle to deliver a nuclear warhead as a satellite over the South Pole to attack the U.S. from the south.

Pry, executive director of the congressional advisory Task Force on National and Homeland Security, pointed out that the U.S. “has no early warning radars or interceptors” to stop a missile from the south.

Pry also was the staff director to the congressionally mandated EMP commission, which concluded that the damage from either a natural or man-made EMP event on the nation’s unprotected electrical grid would have a cascading impact on life-sustaining critical infrastructures as well as electronic components and automated control systems.

Along with the electrical grid system, the critical infrastructures include telecommunications, banking, finance, petroleum and natural gas pipelines, transportation, food and water delivery, emergency services and space systems.

DHS conducted the study after the spring 2013 nuclear crisis with North Korea in which the communist government’s leadership threatened a “preemptive” nuclear strike on the U.S. and then released videos depicting a nuclear attack on Washington.

Pry said North Korea successfully practiced the EMP attack scenario three months before the crisis.

During the crisis, he said, North Korea issued a general mobilization order to its “nuclear forces” that included “space forces.”

“The North Koreans are seeing what they can get away with,” Pry said. “It shows that Pyongyang is planning something big against the U.S.”

Vulnerable backside

In its suppressed study, DHS said that if North Korea attempted to deploy the Unha-3 space launch vehicle or the Taepodong-2 intercontinental ballistic missile, the Defense Department should destroy the missile on its pad before launch.

At the time, however, President Obama and the White House “repeatedly asserted that North Korea did not yet have the capacity to attack the United States or U.S. allies with nuclear missiles.”

Separately, former U.S. Ambassador Henry Cooper, who was the first director of the Strategic Defense Initiative under then-President George H.W. Bush, said that North Korea generally tests its missiles by launching toward the South Pole.

He said, however, that the U.S. does not have its missile defense system oriented toward an attack from a southern polar missile launch attack on the U.S. Instead, all missile defenses are positioned for an attack from the north.

In addition, he said, the U.S. lacks adequate missile defenses against an attack on the East Coast.

Cooper has called for the deployment of existing Navy Aegis missile defense systems, both on ship and on land.

He said the Aegis system is capable of intercepting a nuclear weapon approximately 150 miles above the Earth, the height at which a high-altitude nuclear EMP attack would be most effective.

Nationwide disaster

In its December 2012 test, North Korea was able to launch a satellite, Cooper and Pry told WND, that could have been a nuclear weapon capable of orbiting the Earth and detonating on command over the United States or anywhere else.

In his interview with WND, Pry said Pyongyang in April 2013 had launched a satellite that was tracked orbiting over the U.S., first in the middle of country and then over the eastern most populated corridor between Boston and Washington.

Pry said that if the satellite were a nuclear weapon exploded above the middle of the U.S., the EMP effect on the vulnerable grid system would have been nationwide.

In its numerous underground nuclear tests, North Korea has been testing low-kiloton nuclear weapons that Pry said was a “super EMP” device designed to emit a large number of gamma rays, a form of electromagnetic energy.

Devious intent

In an interview with WND, Pry said the revelations in the suppressed DHS report are only the latest indications of North Korean intentions aimed at a possible nuclear EMP attack on the U.S.

He said the prospect is the latest in a series of recent North Korean actions.

Pry referred to the revelation of a Soviet-era nuclear-capable ground-to-air SA-2 missile that was discovered on a North Korean ship detained in the Panama Canal in July 2013 after leaving Cuba, only 90 miles from U.S. shores.

U.S. intelligence believes the missile was headed back to North Korea for refurbishment.

Cuba is assessed to have some 100 of the ground-to-air missiles ostensibly designed to knock out aircraft. However, Pry said that armed with a nuclear weapon and exploded over the East Coast, one or two of the SA-2s being launched over the East Coast would knock out the Eastern grid, which services some 70 percent of the U.S. population.

At the time of the 1962 Cuban missile crisis, the SA-2s were not an issue of contention for elimination from the island. Instead, the focus was on the ground-to-ground missiles the Soviet Union then removed. However, the SA-2s remain in Cuba to this day.

Revelation of a Cuban SA-2 on a North Korean ship also brought into focus the increasingly close military ties Pyongyang is developing with Havana.

Pry said that an EMP attack on the U.S. would not have to originate from North Korea but could be a missile, such as the SA-2, launched from a freighter off the U.S. East or Gulf Coasts. At that point, there would be no missile defense capable of halting such an event.

With a missile launched from a freighter, it could be difficult to identify who is responsible for an attack.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has told his ministers to stop high-level meetings with their Palestinian counterparts.

The order follows "Palestinians' violation of their commitments under peace talks", officials said.

It comes after a request by the Palestinians to join 15 UN treaties and conventions as a state party.

Correspondents say Mr Netanyahu's action has dealt another blow to the faltering US-brokered peace process.

The government officials said Israel's chief peace negotiator, Tzipi Livni, would be an exception from the PM's edict.

Defence and security officials will also be allowed to continue to engage with the Palestinians, according to reports.

Otherwise, only low-level co-operation will be permitted.

'Unhelpful'

On Tuesday, the US Secretary of State, John Kerry, said the US would continue to promote the talks despite recent setbacks.

He blamed both sides for taking "unhelpful" steps.

The peace talks resumed in July under US auspices after a three-year hiatus.

Each side blames the other for violating previous promises.

Israel has announced plans to build about 700 new homes in Jewish settlements in East Jerusalem

The Palestinians were furious when Israel did not sanction the release of a fourth batch of prisoners, as agreed in principle under the terms on which the Palestinians returned to peace talks last year. The Palestinians wanted the group to include a number of Israeli Arab prisoners.

They were further angered by Israel's approval of about 700 new settlement units in East Jerusalem.

Israel captured East Jerusalem from Jordan in the 1967 Middle East war and formally annexed the area in 1980. Settlements built there and elsewhere in the occupied West Bank are considered illegal under international law, though Israel disputes this.

Israel stressed that it had predicated any prisoner release on progress being made in the negotiations and on the Palestinians abiding by a commitment not to seek membership of international agencies.

Cabinet members also said they would block a release unless the Palestinians agreed to extend the talks beyond 29 April, the date by which the US had said it had hoped to reach a full agreement.

However, the Palestinians said they would not agree to extend the talks unless the prisoners were freed and accused Israel of reneging on the deal.

Last week, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas signed applications to join 15 international conventions which Palestinian officials said was a response to Israel's failure to release the prisoners.

Israel fears the Palestinians will use the treaties as a legal tool against it and to further enhance statehood which is subject to the negotiations.

Despite the acrimony, Mr Kerry said that neither side was abandoning the process.

"The truth is the parties say they want to continue these talks," he told the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Tuesday.

The winds of war are brewing in the Middle East and they aren’t the “run-of-the-mill, what-you- see-on-the-news, day-after-day, year-after-year” skirmishes between Israel and their neighboring adversaries.

It is a war of great magnitude that is thought to be the trigger war that will culminate in Armageddon. And interestingly enough Jews, Muslims and Christians seem to agree on the basic premise that indeed, an “end of days war” in the making right before our eyes.

Jews are talking about the possibility that Russia’s annexation of Crimea is a prophesied sign that Messiah is soon to come.

Sunni and Shi’ite Muslims fighting each other in Syria believe the battle there will spread to Israel and is their sign that that a global Caliphate will be soon be established and the Shi’ite messiah figure, the Imam Madi will soon appear.

Bible-believing Christians have been intensely watching events in the Middle East for the past several years as they have noted the gradual development of a tight military relationship between Iran and Russia, the key aggressors in the end-times war on Israel described in Ezekiel Chapters 38 and 39, commonly referred to as the war of Gog Magog.

And now, Israeli news writer for Haaretz.com, Chemi Shaley, says, “observers are watching closely developments in the Ukraine based on the idea that it could generate the conflict with Gog and Magog, one of the Bible’s heralds of the end times and the return of the Messiah.”

Jews view the war of Gog and Magog as the event which immediately precedes messianic days, as Shaley notes, “Christians aren’t the only ones who are getting excited about the standoff in Eastern Europe. According to a report catching fire over the weekend in the haredi press in Israel, the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Shternbuch told his disciples this week that the times of the Messiah are upon us. And who is the source for his amazing analysis?

None other than one of the top Jewish sages of all time, the Vilna Gaon himself, the Gra, ‘the genius of Vilnius,’ the famously harsh critic of Hasidic Judaism.”

The report continues, “According to Shternbuch, he is privy to a closely guarded secret handed down from the 18th Century Vilna Gaon through generations of revered rabbis: ‘When you hear that the Russians have captured the city of Crimea, you should know that the times of the Messiah have started, that his steps are being heard.

And when you hear that the Russians have reached the city of Constantinople (today’s Istanbul), you should put on your Shabbat clothes and don’t take them off, because it means that the Messiah is about to come any minute.’”

Chemi Shaley writes that Josephus Flavius, “the turncoat Jewish historian who chronicled the Masada saga,” theorized the Scythians, who lived in the central Eurasian region until the 4th century, lived in the land of Magog, “as in Gog and Magog, as in the war of Gog and Magog, as in the biblical prelude to the End of Days.”

“Which is one of the many reasons why recent events in the Ukraine have created a buzz among legions of apocalypse-anticipating true believers. This could be the real thing, they tell themselves, the big time, the major leagues, not the end of the beginning, to quote Winston Churchill in reverse, but the beginning of the end. And it is Vladimir Putin, aka Gog, aka King of the North, who has set things in motion.”

“You only have to read Ezekiel chapters 38-39, the widely accepted handbook and screenplay for the upcoming decimation. According to traditional translations of verse 2 of Chapter 38, Gog is the ‘chief prince of Meshech and Tuval,’ ancient kingdoms also near the Black Sea.

But the term used for ‘chief prince’ in Hebrew is ‘nesi rosh’ (as in נשיא ראש משך ותבל): Nesi could also mean ‘ruler’ or ‘president,’ and some scholars believe that ‘rosh’ is not an adjective, at all, but a noun denoting the name of yet another nation that will enter the fray. So Gog is the prince of Rosh, or the president of Rosh, or, with a little bit of help, the president of Russia.”

“And who will ride with Gog? Why Persia, of course, as specified in verse 5. And possibly Turkey, Libya and Sudan, though only Turkey seems capable these days. And why will they all gang up on Israel?

The Internet site RemantReport explains: 1) To acquire more territory (Ezekiel 38:8). 2) To plunder Israel’s wealth (38:12) (Israel’s newly discovered vast reserves of natural in the Mediterranean, of course, CS). 3) To destroy the Jews (38:11, 16). And 4) To challenge the authority of the Antichrist who will temporarily be Israel’s ally due to a treaty mentioned in Daniel 9:27, ‘That ruler will have a firm agreement with many people for seven years.’”

Mariam Karouny reports that “Iranian forces battle anti Shi’ite fighters in Damascus and the region braces for an ultimate showdown” which is expected to spread to Jerusalem.

From the Islamic viewpoint, the Syrian conflict appears to be the fulfillment of prophetic expectations foretold by the prophet Mohammed in the 7th century and many of his current day followers, in particular the Sunni and Shi’ite sects who are battling against one another in the belief that they are fighting the battle that will lead to the establishment of an “Islamic state which will rule the world before total chaos.”

Karouny writes, “the hadith, or sayings of the prophet Mohammed and his companions, have been handed down orally over the centuries and are the most important sources of authority in Islam after the Quaran itself. Many date back to those medieval battlefields in what are now Syria and Iraq, where the two main Islamic sects took shape.”

Both the Sunni and Shi’ite Hadith mention Syria as a main battlefield, naming cities and towns where blood will be spilled.”

“Hundreds of thousands of people will be killed. The whole region will be shaken from the Arabian peninsula to Iraq, Iraq and Jerusalem, according to some texts.”

“Syria’s civil war built upon sectarian conflicts elsewhere, especially in Iraq and Lebannon, is leading to a growing sense across the region that all those power struggles in individual countries were part of a titanic battle for the future.”

“Abu Hsaasan, a 65 year-old pensioner from southern Lebanon, said he once thought the prophecies of the end of days would take centuries to come about.”

“Things are moving fast. I never thought that I would be living the day of the Imam. Now, with every passing day, I am more and more convinced that it is only a matter of a few years before he appears.” 

Ezekiel Chapter 38 portrays Gog as a conquering military leader. If Putin is Gog as many observers suspect, Crimea and Georgia may just be the beginning.

Israeli and Palestinian negotiators held "serious and constructive" talks Sunday and asked the United States to convene another meeting on Monday, a US State Department official said.

 

"Israeli and Palestinian negotiators met last night to discuss ways to overcome the crisis in the talks," State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said. "The meeting was serious and constructive and both sides requested that the United States convene another meeting today to continue the effort."

Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah gave an interview with the Arab-language daily As-Safir on Monday, claiming responsibility for a roadside IED attack on an IDF vehicle in the Golan Heights region last month and lamenting his decision to delay as long as he did in entering the civil war in neighboring Syria. Kerry: It's 'reality check' time for Mideast talks

The U.S. will re-evaluate its role as mediator, he said.

It was Kerry's most pessimistic take yet on the peace effort after nearly nine months of frustrating talks with little progress to show.

Kerry made clear that his push for peace is not yet over, and he said both sides claim to want to continue negotiating. But he also said that continuing setbacks in the process — culminating this week with tit-for-tat moves by Israeli and Palestinian officials that have upended good-faith bargaining — could force the U.S. to shift focus to other crises where Washington might have more success.

"We have an enormous amount on the plate," Kerry told reporters during a diplomatic visit to Rabat, Morocco, the end of a marathon trip that saw him jumping back and forth between Israel, Ramallah and Europe. He noted that the U.S. is also dealing with challenges in Ukraine, Iran and Syria, and he said, "There are limits to the amount of time and effort the United States can spend if the parties themselves are unwilling to take constructive steps in order to be able to move forward."

The nine months of talks are scheduled to end April 29, and Kerry has been pressing to have them continue through much of the rest of the year. "But we're not going to sit here indefinitely," he said. "So it's reality check time, and we intend to evaluate precisely what the next steps will be."

White House spokesman Josh Earnest said he "would anticipate that a conversation with the president is in the near future."

Kerry has spent major portions of his 14 months as secretary of state pursuing an Israeli-Palestinian agreement despite the seemingly long odds. A collapse of the talks could be a diplomatic embarrassment for him and the administration — and a danger in the region as well.

Failed efforts in the past have led to major bouts of violence. On Friday, Palestinians fired rockets at Israel, which responded with warplanes attacking military targets in the Gaza Strip.

Uzi Rabi, director of Middle Eastern Studies at Tel Aviv University, said it's doubtful the two sides will broker a final peace agreement, given years of bitterness and sharp differences over borders, claims to Jerusalem and recognition of Israel as a Jewish state. But he said the talks should continue — if only to ward off a new Palestinian uprising against Israelis that would surely lead to a surge in violence.

"I think the Americans know that" the talks ultimately will fail, Rabi said. "So why are they going on? Because it's much better to talk than something which is much more problematic, like intifada." Intifada is the Arabic term for past Palestinian uprisings against Israel. The last one began in 2000, and more than 3,000 Palestinians and 1,000 Israelis were killed in several years of fighting.

In the West Bank city of Ramallah, chief Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat expressed hope Friday the talks would continue. But, he said, Palestinian leaders do not feel bound to follow Kerry's ground rules for negotiating if Israel fails to live up to its own commitments.

"We don't have anything to lose," Erekat said, after the moves and countermoves that Israeli and Palestinian officials have undertaken over the past week that have left the negotiations on life support.

Already lacking signs of progress, the peace process was put into serious jeopardy last weekend when Israel refused to release a group of Palestinian prisoners it had said last summer it would free as part of the agreement to resume talks that had been stalled since 2011.

U.S. diplomats then offered the unprecedented possibility of releasing convicted American spy Jonathan Pollard, who is serving a life sentence for selling U.S. military secrets to Israel, as incentive for Israel to release the prisoners. Every president since Ronald Reagan has refused Israel's request to release Pollard.

But Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas retaliated by signing 15 United Nations treaties and conventions to give Palestinians greater international recognition — a step his side initially pledged not to undertake while the peace talks were continuing. The U.S. has supported statehood for the Palestinians but wants them to accomplish it through the peace process rather than by unilateral actions.

So what is happening? Is somebody having the rug pulled out from under them?

1) The International Space Station (ISS) was the replacement of the Russian MIR Space Station, a military weapon.

2) All the modules for the ISS were designed in Russia. NASA was largely only used to transport them into space with the Space Shuttle and assist Russia with the orbital guidance system for the station.

3) Last year RUSSIA took over the responsibility for transport operations to and from the station, when the US space shuttles were permanently retired.

4) The ISS has long been planned to be the platform of a Russian, giant, nuclear-driven, Mid Infrared Deuterium Fluorine Chemical Laser (MIRACL) weapon that can strike any target on earth and literally “send fire down from heaven.”

5) Now, as the result of the Ukraine crisis, NASA is further “suspending” its contact with Russia over the joint operations of the station.

6) Should this situation worsen, Russia “may” take over full operation and control of the ISS completely.

7)  Militarily, would this be a good thing for the United States, or indeed the world? Absolutely not.

8) Why? Well if you look at the maps of the ISS orbits on the link below, particularly the map on the extreme left, you will see that as the ISS orbits the earth as it spins on its axis, over a very short period of time the ISS spins a giant ‘spider’s web’ of tracks over the whole earth except for the North and South Poles. The orbit of the ISS has beenprecisely designed this way so that at a predetermined time, any military target on earth can be struck with either a nuclear-driven laser or plasma weapon from space  – and its very very clever indeed. It will enable the Russians (or whoever is ultimately in control of the station) to blow up anything on earth with a powerful beam of light – the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem or the US Capitol Building in Washington D.C. for example – replicating a burning comet or fiery asteroid  – and in so doing allow the perpetrators to escape all the blame – claiming it was a natural event, or worse, divine judgment from heaven! Tricky eh?

FRAUD UPON THE COURT; Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC)

Dear Mr. Moak,

This letter serves as the formal notice of my intent to file a lawsuit against ALPA in court, due to the HULL LOSSES of 5 airliners consistent with the signature of illegal modifications to U. S. registered airliners which was brought to the attention of ALPA Legal and ALPA Safety on 10 December, 2006.

Prior to my CONSTRUCTIVE DISCHARGE on 13 March, 2007 I had filed Civil Case 3:07-cv-24 FIELD MCCONNELL v. BOEING AND ALPA on 27 February, 2007. The issue in that case was ILLEGAL MODIFICATIONS to Boeing Airliners.

Boeing responded appropriately in their 3 March, 2007 announcement in London, UK that Boeing did have BOEING UNINTERRUPTIBLE AUTOPILOTS deployed.

Due to the responsible admission by Boeing, I did not serve that case as I retooled a Civil Case that was Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC) FIELD MCCONNELL v. ALPA Filed in September, 2008.

The Judge who dismissed this case had never heard the details of the illegal modifications and I believe she, like you, have been victims, after the fact, of a FRAUD UPON THE COURT that had the potential to make 5 HULL LOSSES not to have occurred. Those hull losses were Adam Air 574, Kenya Airways 507, Air France 447, Sukhoi Superjet 100 and now, sadly, MH370.

If you wish to resolve this matter without court action, I will expect an agreement for ALPA to meet my demand for $15,279,715(a) within thirty (30) days of receipt of this letter which will be delivered to ALPA via Certified mail with electronic tracking. I may be reached at (715) 307-8222 from 10 am to 4 pm on weekdays. If I do not hear from your ALPA, I will initiate a lawsuit.
