While are so many in the so called Christian Church prepared to admire and giving esteem to one man who has died a natural death and being of old age and in sickness, why does the Church continue to dishonour Christ by setting aside  REPENTANCE and SALVATION and side lining its meaning with another gospel? A number of folk are saying that the death of Billy Graham will trigger either a world wide revival or the Rapture. Being a pensioner but not as old as Billy Graham, will my death later generate and set off something to do with a Bible event yet to happen? It is just nonsense when people play follow my leader. Off course people who follow this and that person and are prepared to accept anything dressed up to be spiritual, will be deceived by those performing signs and wonders.

Now going back to Billy G's connection with Roman Catholicism, Kenneth Copeland mentions his friendship with him. Did not Kenneth Copeland say that The Reformation" was of the devil and that we should embrace the RC Church as part of the Christian Church as revealed here on  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oh85nKJdqLM

If people within the Church wish to follow suit, so be it. If they wish to make Billy Graham a saint now that he has died, so be it. If they so wish to state that a man's death will bring about a world wide awakening or the Rapture, they may say so. But myself, I will not put a person on a pedestal to be worshipped and adored. 

I will follow Him who saved me by His amazing grace. Have put aside of following celebrities and accepting false teachings and prophecies from people who are masquerading as sheep but, are ravenous wolves building up empires by fleecing the flock, and are acclaimed to the anointed ones. To accept that Billy Graham having been proclaimed to be "the most powerful evangelist since Jesus" is not only misleading but an uncomfortable conclusion.

I am not passing judgement on him - for Almighty God is our judge on all our actions and behaviour . It is what has been hidden which has come to the surface and has revealed what has laid underneath for sometime not disclosed.  It is said, as time takes hold, he will be forgotten similar which what has happened to Oral Roberts - only used for reference sake!

President Trump hasn’t been pleased with the Palestinians’ refusal to consider compromises to achieve Middle East peace. So he’s decided to withhold tens of millions of dollars of U.S. taxpayer funding from the Palestinian Authority. And what answer does he get? The threat of terrorism.

Bloomberg reported the recent threat to the United Nations Security Council from Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, who also demanded that Trump designate Jerusalem, which the president recognized in December as Israel’s capital, as a capital for “Palestine.” Abbas, who renewed a demand for a conference this year to seek a Mideast accord, has warned he will not meet with U.S. officials until the Jerusalem embassy decision is reversed.

He went far beyond that, though. “He finished his address with a warning – which others may read as a threat – of violence unless the U.S. restores funds that were cut to the UN Relief and Works Agency, which administers to millions of Palestinian refugees,” the report said. “If you end your assistance they become terrorists or refugees in Europe,” Abbas said. “It’s either that or you continue to support UNRWA until the crisis ends. We are ready to begin negotiations. We beg you to help us so that we may not commit an act that goes against our beliefs and your beliefs.”

A White House spokesman dismissed Abbas’ rhetoric as “old talking points.” Palestine isn’t even a nation but nevertheless has demanded several times full membership of the United Nations. It’s already been privileged with the status of a non-member observer state. Part of Abbas’ campaign is to raise millions for the UNRWA to make up for the U.S. cuts. The Trump administration agreed last month to pay $60 million to the aid organization for salaries and other administrative costs, while cutting $65 million.

Liberty Counsel Chairman Mat Staver, who also heads Christians in Defense of Israel as well as Covenant Journey, condemned the threats. “Threats of violence by Mahmoud Abbas are a reflection of his radical ideology and support for terrorism,” said Staver. “He has no desire for peace. His only desire is to wipe out the Jews and rename Israel to Palestine. You cannot negotiate with someone who does not recognize your right to exist. Finally, we have a president and an ambassador who will not be bullied by these threats.” He pointed out that Abbas demanded additional U.S. money and issued the threat if it was not forthcoming.

“Six million refugees — who will take care of them?” Abbas asked. “If you stop your assistance to these 6 million refugees who are educated, if you end your assistance, they become terrorists or refugees in Europe. It’s either that or you continue to support UNRWA until the crisis ends.” The comment, however, is just a rerun of a familiar theme, Staver said. Last month in Cairo, Abbas said Jerusalem “is the key to peace if it is our capital, and if it is not — it is the key to war. Trump will need to choose.”

Liberty Counsel pointed out Abbas was elected to a four-year term as president of the PA in 2005, “which means he is now in his 13th year of a four-year term.” WND reported this week the U.S. ambassador to the U.N., Nikki Haley, dressed down Abbas at a U.N. Security Council meeting, saying, “I will not shut up rather I will respectfully speak some hard truths.”She was referencing Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat, who recently demanded that Haley “shut up and realize the Palestinian leadership is not the problem.”

Oh, but it is, she insisted. Her statement Tuesday followed a demand from Abbas for a peace conference later this year. Abbas left before Haley spoke. Her comments, she said, were addressed to Abbas even though he had fled. “Our negotiators are sitting right behind me, ready to talk,” she told Abbas. “But we will not chase after you. The choice, Mr. President, is yours.”

She explained to him the choices. “There is the path of absolutist demands, hateful rhetoric, and incitement to violence. That path has led, and will continue to lead, to nothing but hardship for the Palestinian people,” she said. “Or there is the path of negotiation and compromise. History has shown that path to be successful for Egypt and Jordan, including the transfer of territory. That path remains open to the Palestinian leadership, if only it is courageous enough to take it,” she said.

Teach Them When They are Young

These UK MPs have no shame in criticizing the PA and all the incitement perpetrated by the terrorist government. It really doesn’t take a genius to understand what the PA is doing and has always done. Their goal is obvious. Why is it so hard for more government officials all over the world to condemn the PA?

Joan Ryan and Louise Ellman, both Labour Party MPs, strongly condemn the incitement that the “Palestinian” Authority is guilty of. The PA specifically targets young children to brainwash them starting at a young age. In schools, their curriculum is not similar to regular education – at all. Ryan points out a math exercise that these children are asked to complete: “Calculate the number of martyrs in ‘Palestinian’ uprisings.” Is that the type of education that is taught by a people who want peace?

Joan Ryan continues to point out examples of the PAs constant incitement, including on children’s programs on official PA TV.

Rocks and Stones

Both Ryan and Ellman address the issue of rock throwing, which has killed innocent people. The PA euphemistically calls the rocks “stones.”  This completely ignores the lives destroyed from the rocks hurled at driving cars.

Children and babies were killed because of these so called innocent “stones.” Fatah even posted a picture to its twitter account of a boy throwing rocks using a slingshot. But it gets worse.  A guide came along aside the photo with directions on how to throw a rock in the best way. They do not hide the incitement – it is apparent for all the world to see!

Louise Ellman takes the legal road as well and says, “The ‘Palestinian’ Authority is inciting young people to hate and kill as is happening on the West Bank today. Indeed such incitement is specifically in breach of the Geneva Conventions, which specifically prohibits the recruitment and involvement of children in terrorist activities.”

So, what other proof do you need that the PA does NOT want peace?

Well, it’s that time of year again where the Chinese get to celebrate a new year, and I get dragged off to visit the in-laws. I hate traveling, but I like my in-laws. So, it’s always a time of mixed emotion.

It also means that I get my weekly articles out rather late.

The other thing that’s happening, is genocide in South Africa. It has been going on for a while, but the tempo is starting to increase. We should all be horrified by this and praying for our brothers and sisters who are about to suffer greatly.

Please remember that our time of suffering is coming.

Chinese New Year and Horror in South Africa

It is the Year of the Dog, and everyone who is Chinese, knows what ‘year’ they were born under. For instance, Mrs. Little is a rooster, and I’ve been told that I’m a goat.

It kinda gives a bit more to the saying, “You old goat!”

The problem that I have with Chinese New Year, is having to travel. I HATE traveling. With a surprising amount of passion. Surprising, I should say, to everyone else but me.

Why do people feel the need to move about, from place to place?

I used to think of culture as fascinating, until I realized that everyone is distressingly the same, and that culture is just the packet of lies that we share with each other, to convince ourselves that we are better than we really are. Everyone thinks that their culture is the best, that they are in some way superior to someone else. There are times when that attitude is cute, but generally it’s just an invitation to mass murder and genocide. But, I don’t want to talk about that, quite yet.

The thing that I find interesting about Chinese New Year is that it is a lot like something else that you’ve probably read about. In fact, I’ll drop a few hints:

You must…

…do lots of cleaning before the holiday.

…observe in the spring.

…put red on the door posts and lintel.

…gather your family indoors and eat lamb.

…do all the above or a monster will kill you.

And, this celebration marks the beginning of the year.

If all of that reminds you of Passover, well done. And, if you are wondering if there’s a connection, I’m afraid that no one knows. In fact, we don’t actually know where this celebration of Chinese New Year comes from.

The reason for Chinese New Year was never written down by those who started it, and it began so long ago, that no one knows where it came from.

How long ago?

Thousands of years.

Hmmmm… thousands of years?

It would be highly ironic if China turned out to be a group of Israelis that got lost following Moses out into the desert. But, I’m afraid that this is a line of thought that is far too fanciful. But, when we walked into my brother-in-law’s apartment, in Chiayi, Thursday night, he proudly proclaimed that we could have lamb, if we wanted it.

Whatever the connection there might have been between Passover and Chinese New Year, that connection has long since died of old age. What we have today is unrelentingly pagan.

However, there is one silver lining to this day of family gathering and temple worship. Christians get to go to church, which my in-laws did.

Whenever there’s a pagan holiday, it’s always a good time to go to church. I’m sure that there are many who feel a bit horrified by this idea, but going to church is always a good idea.

I also added to my list of stories to tell, but I shall save those for later, because there is a story of horror that is gathering strength. And, we aren’t paying attention.

It also targeted two observation posts. Palestinian officials said three Hamas training camps and one belonging to a smaller group had been struck. Hamas's military wing, the Izzedine al-Qassam Brigades, claimed that it had used anti-aircraft missiles against Israeli jets flying over the coastal territory. On Saturday two Palestinian teenagers were also killed by Israeli tank fire east of Rafah. The pair were in a group approaching the border in "a suspicious manner", Israel's army said. It came after four Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers were injured, two seriously, in an explosion on Saturday afternoon east of the town of Khan Younis. The army said the explosive device had been planted during a demonstration there on Friday and was attached to a flag which the troops attempted to remove. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is attending a security conference in Munich, Germany, said: "The incident on the Gaza border is very serious. We will respond appropriately." source
